Privacy policy

Last updated: 26 September 2026. This page covers the waitlist website. The app will get its own, shorter policy: there will be less to say.

What we collect on this site

• Your email address, when you join the waitlist. Purpose: tell you when your seat opens. Legal basis: your request (consent).
• Optional answers: which phone you use, which apps you'd connect first, a Telegram handle if you give one. Purpose: decide what to build first.
• Technical data: a one-way hash of your IP address (to limit abuse), your browser's user-agent string, language, the page that referred you (e.g. "reddit") and anonymous funnel events such as "popup opened". No advertising identifiers, no cross-site tracking.

What we don't collect

Nothing you type anywhere else on this site. There is no chat, no tracking pixel, no third-party script.

Where it lives

Database: Supabase (PostgreSQL), EU region. Email delivery: Resend. Hosting: Vercel. Optional product analytics: PostHog (EU), only if enabled, without session recording.

How long

Until you leave the list or until the beta ends and the list is deleted, whichever comes first. You can remove yourself at any time on the leave page; the row is deleted, not flagged.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, objection: email hello@molebot.si. We answer within 30 days, usually much faster. If you're in the EU or Switzerland you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies

None for tracking. One item of local storage remembers your seat number on this device so the page can greet you. Clearing site data removes it.
